Thanks for your patience, The Sims 4 update is rolling out now. If you haven't updated yet, please do.

If you started to update earlier, you may need to clear your cache to see the correct update. Instructions here: [INFO/GUIDE] How to clear the EA app cache (App Recovery)

A forewarning for players who haven't cleared the EA app cache yet... My game completely disappeared and needed to be reinstalled. That can be quite the shock to some who might not know they can retrieve their games. I am praying all will be well when it finishes installing.
