Resetting town w/o losing data

I have city living pack and i realized that some homes dont have furniture when i try to move in my sims.
Those homes used to have furnitures back then but not anymore.

So how can i reset a town to have the homes back as they were in the beginning? But i dont wanna lose my current game/data.
just resetting homes...
