royal pack
royal pack still isn't working or installing says it installed on both ea. play and steam but nothing to show for attached picture

Hey Joggernutt,
Does the Royalty and Legacy pack appear deactivated under Marketplace > Collections? If so, you'll need to click 'Pack Selection,' select the deactivated pack, and click confirm to activate it.

where do i find the pack selection area
I've done that twice and didn't work

Joggernutt Are the packs still deactivated or are you not seeing them at all? You can find the Pack Selection page in Marketplace > My Collection.
If you could send a picture of what you see, that'd be great!
i'm literally having the exact same issue except with all of my purchased packs

Are you still facing this issue? If so, let us know what you're seeing under Manage add-ons in the EA App, and under Marketplace > My Collections.
It might be worth checking your Order History page for the purchases of those packs to make sure you're on the right account as well. Thanks!
