I bought the new EP bundle via a 3rd party seller and it explicitly states it is the bundle. When activating the key it also clearly stated it showed the bundle as well. The EA app accepted my codes and said they were applied. I downloaded and installed the presale extras. The EA app downloaded the EP, but it still shows as not purchased (aka, the app is trying to make me purchase it). I tried reusing the code to double check it actually had accepted the code, and it says the code has already been redeemed. This feels like an EA app issue.
The exact same thing happened to me. I understand that they want to encourage people to buy directly from their platform, but what I don’t understand is why they blame third party providers when the launcher clearly showed that the key was valid, displayed the correct bundle icon, and indicated that it was a bundle, yet it only added the expansion.
