Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the new expansion pack “Royalty & Legacy” for The Sims.
I’ve purchased it and it shows as downloaded in the EA App. The expansion files are also present in my game folder, so it seems like everything installed correctly. However, when I launch the game, the pack does not appear as installed and is marked as “unavailable.”
I’ve already tried restarting the EA App and my computer, but nothing changed.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or found a solution? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hey, I'm literally having the exact same issue right now. So far, I've seen no solution from the Sims team. I might just email them. It sucks because that whole thing is $40 and for us not to even be able to play it... :(
