Just to update on my experience, after EA told me it wasn't their issue I persisted with G2A and threatened to chargeback through PayPal. Today they gave me a new key to redeem which is for the full bundle and I've successfully downloaded the two kits I was missing.
Whether it was an EA problem and they've given new keys to G2A to fix it, or it's a G2A problem and they've relented I'm not sure - but either way I would contact G2A if you're still having issues as it got me a resolution.

^^ This. I escalated it to a PayPal as a case and then a claim after being dismissed by the seller the first time round. Paypal didn't rule in my favour (unfortunately) but I received a message from the seller today with a code for bonus content.
