So I was gifted the expansion and given a code, and I noticed that the three "preorder" items aren't available. I could have sworn that as long as the game was purchased or at least a code was redeemed by the deadline, the items would still be available.
yeah that should be the case? Are you playing on PC or a console? IDK if that has any effect on it but i play on a laptop and I pre-ordered the EP and it worked for me but I'm not sure about other consoles?
I'm on PC. I ended up buying the bundle through the EA app.
