After a week of writing to the store staff and a week of waiting... they finally sent me the correct code.
I buy Sims expansions in boxes (even when there are no discs, only the code) from a local, national electronics store. It's not some second-rate store selling gray market keys... And yet, it's not on the trusted list of stores. Wow! No store from my country is on it. Not even my local Amazon, which is ridiculous. Europe is not the USA, there are many countries here! And she is treated this way and not otherwise! Even when games are released in my language... which should already be a reason for some stores to be on this ridiculous trust list.
It should be done in such a way that after entering the game code on the EA App, by the appropriate date, the app should add these various additional promotional content in advance... but no... they always make it difficult and then everyone else is responsible.
