Yeah so cleary it has nothing to do with EA. We all have been scamed :))
Seller from G2A stoped responding, so i started a ticket with G2A support, guess what. Yeah they stoped responding as well. It has been around 3 weeks now without answer from the seller and more than a week since last response from support🤡 But it clearly looks that they don’t care and are trying hard to send me to someone else, seller > EA, support > seller XD
I asked G2A seller for proof that it is EA’s fault and that the key I bought is really a key for BUNDLE, and not a single expansion pack, it is quiet since then.
Have some of you been lucky enough to get a refund? Or does it look the same for everyone?
Same story here! But after weeks of waiting I send g2a one final warning, gave them some time to respond (guess what? They didn't) and then asked my bank for chargeback on card payment. I got my money in less than an hour, so i highly recommend this. You just need good proof of fraudulent transaction (offer vs your ea library screenshots etc.).
Probably I'll get blocked on g2a account, but I don't plan to buy from scammers anytime soon...
