SO, i bought the Royalty and legacy pack today, and in the EA app it says i've bought it as well. But when i launch the game, its no where to be seen. I've restarted the ea app, did the stuff with the cache, repaired the game and all my DLC, restarted my PC, Refreshed the EA app and everything. I bougvht it directly from the app too. (i've seen others have issues with game codes)
aname1024 It's not a bug per se, and I doubt anyone at EA is working on a fix. Since it's been almost two weeks, it's worth checking your order status again, and I also think it's worth doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of the game, as described in the link I posted.
I'd also like to know what game version you see in the lower-left corner of the Main Menu.

I did that, now the pack no longer shows up in my game. And I've repaired, reset cache and restarted my pc.

The pack not showing when it's not installed (or not being recognized) is a known issue separate from whatever is preventing R&L from loading for you.
This is my order from the 14th. And I'm running version 1.121.372.1020 DX11
aname1024 Okay, please do another clean uninstall of Sims 4 and the EA App, and this time, install the game into a new folder you create specifically for this purpose. For example, C:\Games would be fine.
