I was playing the sims 4 normally in CAS (new game) and when i finished i kept the (save household and start) screen where the sims of the household were posing for a picture. I got out of the game but I kept it running in the background so I could get to it later. I eventually forgot to save the household and close the game and I hibernated the PC (Hibernate uses less power than sleep and when you start up the PC again, you're back to where you left off (though not as fast as sleep)) and used it like 2 times again and the game is still running. When I finally came to save the household, it lagged a little bit but I was able to save, choose a lot for my sims, and even gave them jobs but it lagged for a bit and i just saved the game multiple times then exited the game and restarted the PC then started the game. When I loaded the save, it was filled with bugs like (!) marks on ALL lots, my simoliens count was 0 and my sims were missing. Then it crashed. I restarted the game again and clicked on "Recover Save" but nothing happened of "New save with recovered at the end". I clicked it a few times but nothing changed. Then i went to the folder which had the saves, deleted it, and I couldn't start a new game. Then I deleted all of the save slots since I probably won't play them. Since then, the game always crashes in the main menu after a few seconds. I kept Verifying integrity of the game files (Steam) and done it a few times but nothing worked. I have all the requirements to run the game on my PC and it's not the first time playing the game or hibernating the PC while the game is on. Sims Delivery Error 00000008:00000000000000c8 keeps appearing in all of them since this happened.
