see whats happening

My sims game has been running fine for awhile now till my dude moves in his lady friend

she kept having this interaction pop up "see whats happening" and she would gasp and go back to what she was doing so i was like OK its not that bad 

well they had kids and now these little kids cant do poop all because they keep doing the see whats happening interaction and getting embarrassed like when someone walks in on them in the bathroom 

none of them are actually in the bathroom at the time just doing normal things like eating or going on the water slide but it keeps interrupting them and nothing ends up getting done

Ive tried a variety of things like repairing the game

making a new sims folder

deleting recent cc

nothing is working and its ruining the game because now i basically cant play it keeps interrupting anything they do

please help if you know a fix
