Seems like I'm not the only one having issues...

I am installing on a new laptop system.. brand new and I have had nothing but hang ups issues and I cant even get into my account to change account issues without it going so slow.... It took 20 minutes to send a security code to my email!!! dont' tell me this is cache.. it is their system! On top of the fact my other games have disappeared 3 times now and they tell me to refresh..
