Dannakyri Are you getting BlueScreens while playing Sims 4? I see a couple of them listed in your dxdiag, but there's no way to tell when they happened. So please let me know, and please also do the testing whenever you have time.
The unrecognized video card error is not an actual problem. I answered you and a few other people in a longer thread about that a few minutes ago.
I created a new house and moved them in thinking it might be something in the house. I worked all night. I put my mods back in and about and house later it started again so I am thinking it is an issue with one of the mods I am running breaking something in the house. I hope its not Mccc commander because I can't live without that one!
