Louisa0926 There is a language-locked version of Sims 4 that only includes English, and it's sold in the U.K. and maybe elsewhere (but not in the U.S.). Have you ever bought Sims 4 content in Britain, or perhaps bought a code that might have originally come from there? If so, that might have imposed this language-locked version on your account.
To be clear, this can happen after buying DLC even if all your previous content came from elsewhere.
Regardless, you can try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it in Traditional Chinese. Sometimes the problem is the EA App itself, not the language entitlement. Let me know what options you have when reinstalling.
