Do you have a laptop or a desktop ? Sounds like an overheating issue
Here is the DxDiag and I have a desktop.
Try updating your graphics drivers and check on the temperature of your card.
There's external programs if you don't have one that comes with your card
I would open it up and clean it.
Make sure the fans are working properly
I cant start the Game. I have Sims 4 with all expasion packs includet the new vampire adon. I play this combi a lot, but now I cant start the Game, there ist just a black screen and the PCcrasch. I need task manager to shut down.
Blank Screen on the game or on Origin ?
