I've just bought the Sims 4 fairy edition. Since purchasing the add on the main game will no longer load and continues to crash my computer. I am not able to remove the download from my computer and it will not let me return for a refund. Does anyone have any ideas?

It runs windows. Since the 18th when I bought the new game add on it will not play and I keep getting a warning message that it wants access to my protected files on the computer. The game will not play
rrms1979 Are you allowing the game to access your files or not? It does need to access Documents in order to load, as that's where user data is stored.
