could you give us a few more details ? Do you own seasons at all ?
There's currently this issue: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/NEEDS-INPUT-A-S-Kids-get-option-to-go-to-school-on-holiday/td-p/7435712/ but there's a few others that could fit your problem.
What happens if you send them to school ? Is it possible it's a holiday ? Or do they go and reappear ?
