I talked to EA Tech support, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game four times, I even went and got another copy of the game. When I did talk to EA The man had no idea why it wouldn't work properly and put me on hold (it felt like 4 hours of waiting)! and plus he didn't know what to do. I just took the game back and got my money back. I wouldn't even give the sims 4 a single star! I think it sucks!!!. You wait so long for a game to come out and then decides it doesn't want to work! I will never ever get this game again. THE WORST GAME THE SIMS TEAM HAS EVER MADE!!!!!!!!!!
