janaemommy Are you still seeing this issue, and does it happen with no mods present? You could have a broken mod, or a mod conflict, but if it doesn't happen without mods, the problem is your mods.
Separately, are you getting BlueScreens while playing Sims 4, or elsewhere? The particular BSOD code in your dxdiag (repeated a few times) should only happen when you have Driver Verifier running, so disable that if you're not using it at the moment.
