Sims 4 buzzing upon starting game/gets louder in live mode

When I start the Sims 4 I hear a faint buzzing. If I create or load a save game in the Sims 4 the buzzing gets louder during the loading screen. When the neighborhood loads in order to actually play the buzzing is extremely loud, distracting, and headache inducing.

-It doesn't matter if I turn all the sound options off

-I've deleted my cache files

-I'm using a fresh install (no previous saves)

-I do not have any mods installed

I'm at a loss as to what to do at this point. I have to turn the sound of the Sims off via the Volume Mixer of the computer to keep my sanity.

I'd love to hear if others are/have experienced this and if they found any fixes/workarounds.
