Sims 4 community gallery no results found

Did something change on your computer? Could it be your security software is blocking the way to the gallery?

Not that I know of. How would I check to make sure?

Try turning it off for just the gallery, so close everything, turn if off/pause it and open the game and test. When you're done turn it back on/unpause it.

Ok, but how would I get to the spot to be able to do that? where on the computer or in origin do I do that? (Please be more specific where to go, Thank you 🙂   

Well turn off or pause (some security software only allows you to pause) the security software so you can test if the gallery will work for you.

Im still confused, where could i find that and pause it? I have AVG for a security thing but idk if thats what your asking for or not. 

Yes I am older than 13. When I go into the gallery it shows up with red "x" on the items and when I click on thm it says item cannot be found, but when I go into my library I can view those items.
