Logged into the game and now being told that although content packs are showing as purchased they are not being recognised in the game.
Have run a repair, relogged into my account and reset multiple times but packs are still showing as missing in the game even though the EA app shows them as purchased.
Any ideas of what I can do to fix this or is this another issue affecting everyone
I'm having the same issues as well as my game just cutting off in the middle of the game. i just played my game last night and everything was there. tried play this morning and that's when the problem occurred. I've tried everything to fix the issue, nothing works.
I have a similar issue. When I go to download a house I built from my library it tells me I don't have all the packs installed even though I do, I built the house. It's since the recent update.
