Sims 4 crash live mode after 2-3min

PedroMateus79​  If you'd like to troubleshoot the game issue on the current patch level (1.115.293), please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

Please also let me know what kind of install you have: EA App, Steam, Epic, mixed, or something else, in case that turns out to be relevant.  Patch 1.104 is over a year old and isn't going to be useful here.
