Sims 4 crashes everytime I exit the CAS

Tried it without mods-still crashes

I do not have gshade or reshade downloaded.

I have the most up to date drivers.

Updated my NVIDA control panel to highest resolution... nothing works!

Attached ins the DxDiag

  • Cassasss  Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows crashes in both DirectX 9 and 11 modes.  Did you try forcing DX11 mode, and did it help?  The errors themselves are generic; it's impossible to tell from that information when they happened.  Point is, if you haven't tested DX11 mode, please do so now.  Open your EA App game library, select Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.

If that doesn't help, do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does it help to remove the Mods folder?  You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
