Sims 4 crashes everytime I exit the CAS

Cassasss&nbsp; Thanks for the dxdiag, which shows crashes in both DirectX 9 and 11 modes.&nbsp; Did you try forcing DX11 mode, and did it help?&nbsp; The errors themselves are generic; it's impossible to tell from that information when they happened.&nbsp; Point is, if you haven't tested DX11 mode, please do so now.&nbsp; Open your EA App game library, select Sims 4 &gt; Manage &gt; View properties, and add -dx11 to the command line box.
If that doesn't help, do you use mods or custom content, and if so, does it help to remove the Mods folder?&nbsp; You don't need to save your progress; this is just for testing.
