Sims 4 Crashing My Computer

Hello there, I have never been able to run a Sims game in general on any desktop computer I own - all of them being gaming computers. My current one has World of Warcraft, Overwatch, Dragon Age: Inquisition, and Fallout 4 installed and run fine. However, any time I download Sims 4 it freezes, has the lights of my keyboard turn off, and crashes my computer to the point I have to manually (push and hold the button) to turn it off. I'm tired of not knowing when its going to stop working and I have looked through many forums and solutions that all don't work.

Here's my DXDiag: https://pastebin.com/sV5LZYmg

Your graphics card driver is one year old. Download a new version.

You have definitely too little free space on drive C. When Windows create temporary files there will not free space for the game.
The game you can install on another drive but a second folder of the current game will be always created on the drive C in Documents.
Clean drive from temporary files. Move some programs if it is possible to another drive.
By the way, check if your Windows is up to date

and if you have an antivirus program another than Microsoft check if it isn't blocking the game.
I personally don't see any other reasons for the game not to work. Unless you have some graphics program open and running in the background that interferes with the game.
We will look for other reasons if after doing the above, the game will continue to cause trouble.

    I don't work for EA
