Sims 4 crashing on first loading screen

Hi, I've been having problems with my game for the last two-ish weeks. I hadn't played for over two years before starting it back up in June and things were running smoothly until two weeks ago. Every time I try to open the game, I get the loading screen that says The Sims 4 before it crashes and goes back to the EA app. I'm not very tech savvy but have tried to follow instructions I've seen on here, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, playing in a clean boot, trying to play in a clean folder. I think my graphic drivers are up to date, but it is an older computer. I don't use mods and never have. I've attached my dxdiag. Thank you!
