crazycathead77 I've split your post into its own thread since it looks like a separate issue. Please disconnect any peripherals you don't need to use with Sims 4, for example a controller, and try again to play.
If that doesn't help, please disconnect any audio devices, both speakers and headphones/earbuds. Even if you'd never play like this, it's a useful test. And it looks like a component of your sound system is crashing; whether it's while you're playing or not, I can't tell from the dxdiag, but the crashes are there.
If that doesn't help either, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Hit Windows key-R, enter perfmon /rel in the run box, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that mentions Sims 4 or the EA App or that happened at exactly the time of your most recent crash; in either case, I only want to see something from after you've done the above. If you find one, right-click its name and select "View technical details," then copy those details and paste them into a reply here. If you don't see anything, check back in an hour or so—the RM doesn't always update right away.
