Sims 4 Crashing When Opening World

bbyshayeshaye​  Sorry for the late reply; I've been away from the forums for a bit, and no one else answers here regularly.

Anyway, can you load a different household within this save?  If so, can you switch back to your main sims?  If the game crashes when loading their home lot, try inviting them out somewhere and switching to them there.  The idea is to find out whether the problem can be fixed by playing a different household for a bit and/or getting these sims away from their home lot.

I'm not sure from your description whether you tested the sims in a new save and also on a default or blank lot, but if you haven't, please do that too.

    even if I would try to load a different household. I still cannot go to the map. all my families were broken. :(

    I tried all of those things.
