Sims 4 Dead sims resetting into other households and other problems

Okay I have this problem with the sims were when a sim dies or a sim moves out they reset or can no longer be found. Okay for the sim dying thing when a sim dies in my game I get the grave or the ...

Thank you for your help but how do I attach the files their is no button to attach files

    You need to zip the files and upload to mediafire/googledrive or dropbox

    Then send Nick the link
