SIMS 4 don't discard clothes after getting laundry update

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.94.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? pets,families,toddlers,seasons,famous,laundry,get to work.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? change clothes on a sim and they just spin around and change clothes
What happens when the bug occurs? change clothes on a sim and they just spin around and change clothes
What do you expect to see? the sims discard their clothing onto the floor
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    problem solved i did nothing it just started happening after awhile. i already the laundry and and hamper a season went by and then it started working.

    But no hamper ? If you have a hamper it goes there no matter where your Sim is.

    I tested this on my save and it still works fine.

    Could you patch the game with today's patch and see if it gets any better ?

    i have a hamper i brought a laundry room on gallery and still they don't discard clothes.

    The hamper is still empty ?

    Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

    If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox,, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.

    Is the hamper one of the three under "Appliances", or is it the decorative hamper? That is extremely important. You need to have the Appliance Hamper.

    I've also noticed that the laundry line stops working during the fall and the clothes never get clean any more. The only way to fix the problem is to throw the laundry on the ground and sell the pile. Has anyone else had this happen?
