McKeznieB2010 Are you saying you've installed Sims 4 into Electronic Arts? If so, don't do that; this folder is inside Documents and is therefore still going to cause problems. Install to the default location:
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4
If you're saying you're looking inside the Sims 4 folder inside the Electronic Arts folder and don't see the user files, make sure you're in exactly the right location, according to the game itself (as in the link I posted last time). You can right-click any file or folder and select Properties > General, then look at the Location, and compare it with what the game is reporting. The file paths must match exactly up to the Sims 4 folder. If they don't, you're in the wrong location.
