kcc0rauniio4 Yes, of course you can keep using the location the game is already reading. Just put the files you want to use there instead of where they are now.
kcc0rauniio4 Are the Tray files in a subfolder? If they are, the game wouldn't read them. And please triple-check that the files are in the Sims 4 folder the game is reading. To see their exact location, right-click one and select Properties > General, then look at the Location. This is how to find the full path to the folder Sims 4 is reading:

And yes, no matter what, you'd need to restart your game to get the files recognized. But you should be able to save your progress in some state at least. If there's a reason you're having trouble with that, let me know and I'll try to find an interim solution.
I've checked and no, the tray files are not in a subfolder. I looked at the properties of the location and it says "C:\Users\kimki\OneDrive\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray" I'm not 100% sure if that is right but let me know.
Also, I'm not sure how to restart sims 4 without it having problems with mods and other apps like Gshade. Help will be appreciated!!
