Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature - Missing Pack Content help.

I recently brought The Sims 4 Enchanted by Nature pack but when I launched the game, all of the pack content was missing. 

I have tried everything including uninstalling all the games, trying to repair the game and clearing the cache but nothing has worked. 

Is anyone experiencing the same issue and found a solution?

    Hey Tsmarty221​, 

    Just to confirm, if you navigate to Marketplace > My Collections, is Enchanted by Nature showing as activated and installed? If not, you'll need to select the pack and click 'Confirm' to activate it.
