Hello
I called Ea today with an error installing my sims 4 game and they told me to uninstall and reinstall sims 4 and origin
which i did and it installed perfectly but when i press play it comes up with " ERROR- Invalid License. Reason Code = missing DLL: [msvcp120.dll] Error: 0x7F
What does that even mean can someone please help me and tell me what to do

1. Go to .
2. Click red download button
3. Select vcredist_x86.exe and click next.
4. Double click the downloaded file from your browser downloads and proceed with the installation.
5. Check the game again. If the issue persists, complete steps 1to 4 again, but this time choose vcredist_x64.
Which redistributables do you have installed now ?
I think it's this:
"Invalid License. Reason code = Missing DLL: [msvcp120.dll] Error: 0x7E" => Install vcredist_x86.exe from Microsoft.
