Sims 4 event rewards disappeared
I don't have an error code or anything. I completed the Cozy Celebrations event on either Jan 3 or Jan 4, I don't quite remember. All the rewards were working perfectly until I updated the game today...

After the most recent update on January 14, 2025, I am missing the last 2 items from the Cozy Celebrations event last month. That is I completed the event and the Cozy Neck Scarf and Grouch Trait are no longer in my game after this update, despite earning them. I removed all mods and opened a new game and the items are still missing, so this is not a mod issue.
