Sims 4 event rewards disappeared
I don't have an error code or anything. I completed the Cozy Celebrations event on either Jan 3 or Jan 4, I don't quite remember. All the rewards were working perfectly until I updated the game today...

f521fed862ee7653 As far as I know, there's nothing you can do about this problem, unfortunately, nor have I seen any indication that EA can help either.
