Sims 4 Execution Error

Does anyone know how to fix this error? Steam told me to contact E.A., so I ask you here.

If you run the Sims, it will continue [link2ea://launchgame/12222670?platform=strams&theme=ts4]

Only error notifications are received. Just in case, I deleted everything that was in the mode and reinstalled the Sims 4.
Also, I deleted and re-installed the site that serves the game, and I used all the methods on the Internet, such as rebooting and updating graphics, but it didn't work out.
If there is a solution, please let me know.

    @1mnz7xa0sy8f  Please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).  Then download a fresh copy of the App installer and run it.  Close the App and restart your computer after it's installed.

    Open Steam and the EA App as an admin: right-click the desktop shortcuts and select "Run as administrator."  When they're both open, try again to launch Sims 4.
