sims 4 expansion pack Businesses and Hobbies

my sims 4 newest expansion pack seems to not be available anymore. I built a whole new world with it, created a family and a brand new house by myself and it won't let me access it. I've tried restarting my PC, followed the steps online and even restarted the game, but nothing. it keeps telling me I don't have the expansion pack and can't access the world anymore. but my online orders says it was completed successfully purchase wise and was downloaded successfully. can anyone help me because Im getting frustrated and sad that I spent $43 dollars just for it not to let me play it. I hope there is someone here to help me, I even contacted sims4 on instagram but no response from them yet.
