guibbss Thanks for providing a dxdiag, which lists a number of crashes of the USB-C driver. Is Sims 4 installed on your internal drive or externally? What about your user folder? If both are internal, does it help to unplug your external drive(s), or any other USB-C devices you're using?
Please also test with no mods or custom content installed, at least for now.

Hello! Thanks for the reply. I am not sure what could be wrong, since I dont have anything plugged to my computer (drives or other devices). However, I was able to fix the problem by adding "-dx9" in the properties (following this discussion: Category: EA Forums English | EA Forums. I am not sure what it does to the game, but it worked!
