Sims 4 Folder

I've been attempting to install Sims 4 onto my PC instead of it being saved to OneDrive, I've managed to do this and the seems to be running alright. Only issue is when I checked the folder, the layout is completely different to what I expected, so I'm not sure if its a problem. Also not sure of where to put my saves folder that I kept from before uninstalling (the saves folder in the screenshot attached is the one I moved but when loading up the game my saves aren't there).

UPDATE: just realised the correct Sims 4 folder is in fact downloaded to OneDrive, even though when installing on the EA app I selected for it to be installed to my PC not OneDrive folder.

How do I stop Sims from running on OneDrive, it constantly tries to delete items from the folder and makes the game crash. Feel like I've tried all the advice online already, at a bit of a loss.
