I have the same problem and i do in fact use custom content. Ive been thinking of manually trying to remove File by File to see which file is corrupting the rest. but i dont have that much time to waste im not exactly sure what to do and i hate having to completely restart my computer because it takes too long to reboot.

First try removing everything to determine if it's your cc or not.
