Sims 4 freezes when I try to close

@bluedawn221  Just to be sure, your progress is saved when you save and quit, as in, you can pick up where you left off in the next play session?  Do you use OneDrive, and have you set it to automatically sync the contents of Documents?  Here's how to check:

Yes, my progress is saved when I save and quit, and no, I don't believe I use OneDrive.

@bluedawn221  Please check that OneDrive setting anyway, and please post a dxdiag, as requested.  And let me know whether you use a third-party antivirus, and if so, which one.
