I've been having an issue with my Sims 4 gallery where it will load some items while others may load for a little bit but then get a red X through the gallery picture. I'm not sure how to explain it, exactly, so I added a picture of my issue. Also, once some of the gallery pictures load and I try to place the household, lot, etc. in my game, a popup will appear saying "Gallery item failed to download. Please try again." When I do retry to download the gallery item the same popup comes up and my issue is never fixed. Even if I exit out of the gallery and then open it back up, the gallery items continue to load or run into that red X issue.This problem started a few weeks ago when I switched the language of my game through Origin so I thought it was just the game adjusting. To try to fix the issue I've switched my game's language back to English, taken out my mods folder, deleted Sims 4 cache files, completely deleted my Sims 4 folder, deleted all Origin cache files, repaired Sims 4 through Origin, disabled my ad blocker/firewall, shut down and restarted my computer, and turned my WiFi off and back on again. None of this has worked and I haven't been able to find a solution to solve this issue. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to "The Sims 4" old folder and copy - your "saves " folder.Step. 7. Paste this folder in a newly created game folder.Step 8. Do the same with Tray folder and TrayDeleteItems file if you have this file in the old folder on the desktopStep 9 Check if there are newly updated version mods you are using. Then copy and paste your mods and CC from the old mods folder to the new one. First copy the scripts mods every time checking if the game is working properly. If you have a lot of CC try 50/50 method ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)Step. 10. @leena3 It's so aggravating. I hope this is just a bug that'll be sorted out sometime soon because I'm thoroughly annoyed lol

So I tried to uninstall everything and that didn't help with the gallery not loading properly. I readded the .exe files for both Origin and Sims 4 back into my firewall but that hasn't helped either. The problem also isn't my internet because I checked its status and everything is working properly. :/

Step 1. Move The Sims4 folder to the desktop
Step 2. Fix the game in Origin

I'm going to try uninstalling both Origin and Sims 4 and then reinstalling. I've been trying to put off uninstalling everything since it takes such a long time to do, but this is the only thing that I can think of that I haven't tried yet. I'll reply to this again once everything is reinstalled and tested.

If it will still don't work uninstall Origin manually in a hard way

You can uninstall Origin also by using Revo (free version) - it will be clean all traces of Origin from your computer.
If you will use it don't accept the deletion of the "Origin Games" folder - don't select it in the list of folders to be deleted. Other folders and files may be deleted.
Then download full installer of Origin from here

@kreatora Doing the clean boot and manually uninstalling Origin seems to have helped a little. The game will now load the gallery pictures but in order to get it to do so, I have to scroll down a few rows and then scroll back up repeatedly in order for most of the gallery objects to load their pictures. Also, even if the gallery pictures do happen to load up, when I click on one of the items it stays stuck loading or a popup comes up saying that the gallery couldn't find that item.
