Sims 4 game crashing as of April/May

Hello, i had the sims 4 on my laptop and it doesn't get to the loading screen where you get to see your Household but when I try to get it on the game it gives me a last crash text file and I'm not sure what to do and i already backed up my stuff...Hopefully when I add RAM/Memory into my gaming laptop I will be able to play again.
