Sims 4 game keeps crashing randomly

SerraNolwen  Please install the newest chipset drivers MSI offers for your motherboard.  Double-check that you have an MSI X570 Gaming Plus, which I believe you do from your dxdiag.  If so, go here:

Select Drivers & Downloads > Driver > System & Chipset Drivers, download the installer, run it, and restart your computer.

Next, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver, as described here:

Restart again and try to play.  I would be curious to know whether installing the newest chipset drivers clears up the BSODs even if they're not related to Sims 4.
