Sims 4 Game won't Exit further than CAS mode.

my game won't exit out of the main CAS mode when starting a new game. i had recently deleted and reinstalled my Sims 4 game because my game wouldn't start, so ever since i tried playing the game with my old cc and mods it didn't work so i deleted all of it and downloaded new cc and mods but now i can't save my household from CASmode and start my game.

when i try to save the household and start my game the checkmark button will indicate that it's been clicked but the game will never go further CAS mode.

@d60vcbm70whr Please pause OneDrive syncing and see whether you can get pas CAS.

@d60vcbm70whr What antivirus do you use? Is OneDrive running on this computer? Even if you never use it, please check, and let me know how full it is as well.

I don't have have any ant-virusses on my laptop except my ad blocker and my onedrive is running but i don't think that it's synced to my sims 4.

thank you so much i was thinking of just quitting with the game but the OneDrive method worked perfectly.

@d60vcbm70whr Great to hear. Let me know if you want help changing OneDrive's settings to avoid the problem entirely. But if not, pausing syncing should work for however long you want to use it.
