Never had this issue. I've updated my game to 1.77.146.1030 and like usual, repaired the game right after. Now the game exe won't run at all, even if I try to run it straight from task manager. It's my birthday and I'd really like to play, but I also don't feel like aimlessly browsing through hundreds of pages on the internet to find clues on how to fix this. ☹️
So, can anyone please help me?
Please tell us what happens when you click play in Origin.
Same issue, it wont load at all. It says twice that ts4_64.exe is from unknown author. After giving twice the yes command it just reaload origin page. Tried uninstalling TS4 and origin and formatting my win 10. Im running amd ryzen 4700 and gtx 1650
@jpkarlsenHey, thanks for answering! ^^ Clicking play on origin does absolutely nothing. I see from task manager that an arbitrary number of tasks called QtWebEngineProcess.exe start running under Origin but nothing happens. I see my mouse cursor change visually for a bit as if for loading something but then it just stops.
edit: I also tried moving my Sims 4 folder to desktop (as suggested in some other thread concerning sims not launching at all) but it didn't help. I'd assume that the game just recreates that particular folder inside Electronic arts folder if it can't find one there but clearly in my case when I try launching the game it doesn't even get that far to try and create that folder. I also find it weird that origin creates many instances of this one particular process when I try launching.
It didn't change a bit. Im not running any antivirus software.

Attached, no antivirus. VGA drivers are up to date. Windows is freshly installed and up to date.
