Please tell us what happens when you click play in Origin.
Same issue, it wont load at all. It says twice that ts4_64.exe is from unknown author. After giving twice the yes command it just reaload origin page. Tried uninstalling TS4 and origin and formatting my win 10. Im running amd ryzen 4700 and gtx 1650

@jpkarlsenHey, thanks for answering! ^^ Clicking play on origin does absolutely nothing. I see from task manager that an arbitrary number of tasks called QtWebEngineProcess.exe start running under Origin but nothing happens. I see my mouse cursor change visually for a bit as if for loading something but then it just stops.
edit: I also tried moving my Sims 4 folder to desktop (as suggested in some other thread concerning sims not launching at all) but it didn't help. I'd assume that the game just recreates that particular folder inside Electronic arts folder if it can't find one there but clearly in my case when I try launching the game it doesn't even get that far to try and create that folder. I also find it weird that origin creates many instances of this one particular process when I try launching.
It didn't change a bit. Im not running any antivirus software.
- @siirysiir Following as this thread as I'm having the same issue. Been struggling for months. Finally gave up on Sims 3 with different issues and thought "Oh I'll try Sims4" but when I try to open it in Origin it brings up a white loading page and then just quits and goes back to Origin. I've uninstalled and re-installed, deleted all the caches, checked my anti-virus, updated my windows, unchecked all the 'origin in-game boxes' and still nothing! I'm so sick of all this, please help someone!

- @siirysiir It's a real pain in the neck! My fear is that it might be an origin problem but I can't seem to get any support for that! If it is I'm hesitant to get any other games through them for fear of having the same issues!
@siirysiir @RIGHTWAY91 and @FGreen12 Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Please also list the antivirus you use.
Attached, no antivirus. VGA drivers are up to date. Windows is freshly installed and up to date.
