So I downloaded sims like a week ago to play again. But it started to glitch like crazy my screen froze. I tied everything but nothing works😢. Also I downloaded ea on my new pc and I didn’t send any data from my old to the new. And I also don’t use mods. Pls Helpp i just wnat to play🙁
Without knowing more about the glitches you're experiencing, it's hard to tell what might be happening. I would suggest checking your in-game settings. If you're having graphical glitches, you most likely need to decrease the graphics settings; this can also impact overall performance.
If you can tell us more about the glitches – what are you experiencing that you don't believe you should be, what are you doing when it happens, does it happen just in CAS or just while playing, stuff like that – it could help us narrow down what might be the issue.
