Sims 4 growing together not showing in ea app

I purchased the sims 4 growing together DLC not through the EA app. I typed in the code and everything went how it normal does until I got to the page where you normally click download but it just shows as ‘purchase’. I’ve tried all the usual tricks clearing cache, uninstalling, reinstalling ect. ect. But it still isn’t letting me download it. It shows up in my game as having purchased it but I’ve not yet downloaded but there is no way for me to download it in the EA app without purchasing again.

    @itsmariabxch  Try a different browser or device.

    The ban appeals are handled by a separate TOS team though, and that team only corresponds by email.  So you'll need to wait for a response rather than using live chat, at least in relation to the ban dispute.

    @puzzlezaddict I have clicked that link and it says I have an active ban since July 10 and I have not done anything, lol. I am trying to dispute it and the information is not loading.

    @EA_Solaire Hey thanks for your reply! I reached out to EA support and they just sent me a link on how to download the game which or course I already know how to do. Then when I clicked the case button it just sent me to some self help pages and then I couldn’t continue so I’ve opened another case and asked them to sort it their end as it isn’t an issue with anything I am doing. I’m not really sure what else I can do.

    It is very stressful as there is not a direct line to actually speak to someone for help.

    It sounds like there may be an issue with your Growing Together entitlement on your account that we'll need the live support team to look into a bit further- here on AHQ we wouldn't have access to your specific account details to investigate into this.
